銀行開戶–德國生活網

德國有二種最基本的開戶類型：

Girokonto	可以轉帳／利息通常較低 (或無利息)	像一般的房租，電話費，水電費，或訂閱的雜誌費用，都能從這種戶頭扣繳。
Sparkonto	無法轉帳／利息通常較高	多半用來生利息。

剛到德國，先申請個Girokonto是最重要不過的事囉。
因許多該繳納的費用（如學費，水費，電話費，保險費等），
都得經由這種Girokonto才能匯出。
若錢錢多了那麼一點，在一二年還不需挪用，不妨另開個Sparkonto，
利息會高一些，急需時也能隨時存取。
當然另一種利息更高的，還是定存囉，
而定存利率之高低，依年度景氣會隨時更動。
一般而言，Direktbanken的定存利率比起其他實體銀行是高了點，
不過在轉帳或存領上，多了不少手續上的限制，比較適合一些不常挪動的款項。
另需一提的是，每家銀行的Girokonto和Sparkonto的使用條件與利息差距有時滿大的，
因此花點時間貨比三家，還是值得的喔。
一般來說，Girokonto才有附所謂的提款卡，
但現在也有不少銀行的Sparkonto也提供免費用卡提款的服務。

德國銀行提供學生免費的帳戶(Jugendkonto)，不過同時也沒有利息，因為交換生很多生活當中大小事

都需要銀行帳戶，像是租宿舍需要給予銀行帳戶固定扣繳租金，如果手機方式是採用契約制，同樣也需

要銀行帳戶，以下就Sparkasse開戶為例作介紹：

• 能否自行開戶?
  研究之前的交換學生留下的資料，還有彼此的經驗，德意志銀行(Deutsch Bank)比較容易答應你用英文自行開戶，Sparkasse則較容易要求有會講德文的人隨行，但這也要當時碰到行員的狀況，通常選擇規模較大的分行會比較有機會。（我個人覺得因為文件很多，像是現在的卡片通常都有EC功能（類似台灣簽帳debit卡）、線上查詢等等功能，行員多會希望你可以理解相關狀況，減少之後的問題或糾紛，其實對自己也是好事，如果可以，請可以幫忙翻譯的同學、朋友陪同走一遭，但要注意自己的態度，請不要對學校學伴或當地台灣人表現出那種你就應該要陪我一起去開戶才是對的XD，當然自己去開也沒有什麼不可以）

• 需要準備什麼?

1. 護照
2. 現居地址(寄送卡片跟PIN碼用，一定要填寫正確&清楚)---我當時已入籍，要帶入籍證明(Anmeldung)
3. 臨時/正式學生證(國際學生證應該不行，需要使用當地學校的學生證)

• 卡片(Karte)
  通常在辦理之後一個禮拜內會先後寄送PIN碼跟卡片，需要使用該PIN碼重新設定自己的密碼，方可使用線上帳戶管理(Online-Banking)及其他提款機的服務，但是帳戶辦好的當下即可以存錢，也可以轉帳，所以可以先將手上的現金存入，順便把學校的學雜費轉帳完成。
• 取消帳戶
  雖然申請學生帳戶不需要錢，可是靜置太久不動是會產生管理費用的，所以建議在離開德國之前要記得將帳戶關掉。取消帳戶的時候，若當初有提款卡要一併攜帶，以供剪卡，手續頗簡單的，很快就可以完成。

• ..... How much freedom will you have in your choice of dissertation topic with this advisor?
• .....What is the reputation of the advisor within the discipline?
• .....How responsive is the advisor? How long does it take him/her to return written material with comments?
• .....How accessible is the advisor for discussion?
• .....Is the advisor likely to remain on the faculty for the duration of your degree work?
• .....How many students does he/she advise? If none, why? If a large number, does this affect the attention that he/she pays to individual students?
• .....How much time does he/she spend away from campus? Is he/she available during the summer?
• .....How long do students take to complete their degrees with this advisor?
• .....What proportion of this advisor's students successfully complete the program?
• .....What is the placement record of this advisor's students? Where do they get jobs?
• .....Does the advisor publish with his/her students as first author?
• .....How many publications does the typical student accumulate with this advisor?
• .....Do the advisor's students go to disciplinary or professional conferences?

• .....How much involvement is expected in "group" research projects that are not appropriate for inclusion in your dissertation? How much of this contributes to your professional development and marketability?

• .....Is the advisor's work funded? What are the guarantees of funding for the advisor's students? Do the advisor's students get summer support?

To do list in Tubingen

到了杜賓根當地 你要先做的事情有幾件 
1. 去Schmiedtorstraße 4辦入境 星期一、三、四、五 7：30-13：00 星期二7：30-18：00 
到了以後 直接往裡面走 請到11或12窗口入境與居留證 家人可代辦 但是要本人簽名 （需要資料 可以參考其他地方）

2. 開一個德國的銀行帳戶 很多地方都有 隨便一間都可以啦 只要帶護照就好

3. 申請學校宿舍的 要先繳押金 再拿繳費單跟舍監拿鑰匙 

4. 辦註冊Wilhelmsrtaße 11 只上班半天 所以 資料一次備齊最好 如果繳現金 學生證比較快拿到 
如果是匯款的 比較慢 因為 網路需要學生證 所以 建議 方便的就繳現金 

5. 保險 AOK 在Wilhelmsrtaße 11 隔壁 好像是13號吧 一棟綠色的建築物 裡面有學生餐廳 
在角落你就可以看到 當然 也是要ticke 不過你可以先辦 在補ticke就可以囉
家人可以辦family insurance 家人的要有入境證明（粉紅色A4的） 學生的就用繳費單先證明一下囉 

6. 學校宿舍網路要等拿到學生證後 才能辦 辦理網路的地方 要到Wächterstr 76號 當然 家人可以代辦 但是要有學生證
